Most people do not care about their stuff. We need to start to care because that way things will change fast in a perfect way. I know there are others always being mean and fiesty. some have to because their job is tough and they are the chiefs. We must respect the chiefs as well as regular workers. One thing to keep in mind is that Control is very important. Management is the toughest job of the century, and the most important one. We must keep all together and help eachother as a team.
Do not ignore your own welfare. People we all need to care, otherwise you are letting those mean thoughts control your future. I know it's not easy, not even for me. The trying and struggling just to keep things safe all the time.
Sorry to confuse you but the bottom line is: Be responsible and try to be nice. I know its not easy, help the ones that will listen.
